Coral Academy of Science Boosters
Dear Parents and Friends of Coral Academy of Science,
My name is Patti Mudd and I am the President of the CAS PTC (Parent Teacher Club). In an effort to help our great school grow and become the best it can be, we are starting the CAS Boosters as part of the CAS PTC. There are many who like to participate in our fund raising events, like Innisbrook, but there are others that would rather give a cash donation. So for those of you that would like to donate to our great charter school, this will be the vehicle to do so.
We are still working out details of the program, such as levels of giving and benefits of becoming a CAS Booster. We will have a vehicle for business ads and possibly other forms of signage to show support for our school. We may also have a discount and or raffle tickets for other events, like Dining in Rome or the Harvest Festival.
The funds we raise from the Boosters will go towards putting on events for our CAS family, while also supporting the clubs for our students, other much needed projects such as shade structures and the gymnasium flooring, and also towards other educational aides for our teachers. Of course, if any of our supporters would like to donate labor and materials from their business to help with the shade structures and the gymnasium floor, we would greatly appreciate that donation as well!
Please feel free to forward this letter and our donation form to any family or friends that might want to become a CAS Booster. We will accept any donation, no matter the size. We are an educational institution with not for profit status. I can assure you that any funds raised will be used wisely as we have you to answer to if we spend these funds foolishly.
